Welcome to The Charmed Wife. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Products & Handmade Variations

Each item is handcrafted, which means slight variations in color, size, finish, wood grain, resin placement, or design may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of the products and are not considered defects.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items are created specifically for you and are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Customized orders may require additional processing time.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of my control.

The Charmed Wife is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undelivered packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Jewelry Care

To help preserve the quality of your earrings and accessories:

  • Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals

  • Store items in a dry place when not in use

  • Handle wood, resin, acrylic, and hand-painted pieces with care

  • Avoid bending or exposing items to extreme heat

Damage caused by improper care is not considered a product defect.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, product photography, written content, and artwork on this website are the property of The Charmed Wife and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Charmed Wife is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of this website or products purchased from it.

Policy Updates

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice. Updates become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
