Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of my control.

The Charmed Wife is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

The Charmed Wife is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Charmed Wife is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears to be missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact carole@thecharmedwife.com within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
