Custom and personalized pieces are made specifically for you. Because of this, custom orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (5-7 for customized orders.)
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, location, weather, or other circumstances outside my control.
The Charmed Wife is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undelivered packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
I want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted on unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase.
Items must have original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
