At The Charmed Wife, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help!

Returns

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased on our website www.thecharmedwife.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned with all original tags attached.

Return Process

1. To initiate a return, please contact us by emailing Carole@thecharmedwife.com]  within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
2. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return shipping label via email.  Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.
4. If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s), excluding original shipping costs, within 5 business days.  The refund will be processed to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges at this time. This includes hand-painted items, which are one-of-a-kind pieces and, in many cases, cannot be replicated. If you would like a different item, you will need to return your unwanted item(s) for a refund and then place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are worn or altered are not eligible for return.
• Items without original tags attached are not eligible for return.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at carole@thecharmedwife.com.  We will be happy to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please Note

• We reserve the right to limit returns or refuse service to customers who have abused our return policy.
• This return policy applies only to purchases made on www.thecharmedwife.com.  Returns or exchanges for items purchased at other retailers must be processed according to the return policy of that specific retailer.
